I provide dedicated one to one support to athletes of all levels so they can work towards achieving their goals. This is a holistic, supportive and motivational coaching service and is not your typical online coaching experience.

Performance Analysis

Video Recording

Multiple angles (front, side, and back) during different phases of the run. This provides a visual reference for assessing form and identifying any deviations or asymmetries.

Gait Analysis

Study the runner’s gait pattern, including stride length, cadence, foot strike, and arm swing.

Posture and Alignment

Look for signs of movement which could lead to inefficiencies and injury.

Footwear Assessment

Assess whether the shoes provide adequate support and cushioning based on the individual’s foot type and running mechanics.

Imbalances

Look for imbalances and asymmetries that may affect running form and performance.

Dynamic Movement Analysis

Observe the runner performing dynamic movements such as lunges, squats, and single-leg balance exercises to assess stability, mobility, and coordination.

Biomechanical Efficiency

Identify areas for potential improvement to optimise running economy and performance.

Feedback and Recommendations

Provide feedback based on the analysis findings. Emphasize gradual changes and consistency in training to improve running form over time.
By conducting a thorough performance analysis, I can help runners refine their technique and maximise their running potential.
